Privacy policy

Last updated September 15, 2026

This policy covers afterhoursslots.com (“this site,” “we,” “us”), operated by After Hours Studio. It describes exactly what we collect, why, who else sees it, and what you can do about it. This site is a portfolio and credibility site for a slot game studio — it is not a real-money gambling site, does not process wagers or payments, and does not host player accounts.

This site collects three kinds of information, each in exactly one place, for exactly one reason:

Email signups

If you use a “Get updates” button, we store your email address, the page you signed up from, when you consented, and a confirmation token used once to verify the address is real and yours. We use this only to send the one-time confirmation email and, once you've confirmed, occasional studio updates. We don't collect your name, and this signup is entirely separate from anything else on this list — a raffle entry or a contact-form message never adds you to it.

Raffle entries

Entering a raffle asks for exactly one thing: a Stake bet ID (e.g. casino:510011237804). We don't ask for your name, email, or Stake username at entry — a bet ID is a claim about a bet, not about a person. If your entry is drawn as a winner, we look up the Stake account tied to that bet ID by hand, to send the prize; that account identifier is kept in our own internal records for payout and audit purposes and is never published. Every raffle's full results page (its provably-fair verification record) publishes the bet IDs of every entry in the draw, in a fixed order determined by cryptographic proof — this is already public information, since it's what you pasted into a public entry form, and publishing it is what makes the draw independently verifiable. We also keep a cryptographically hashed version of the IP address an entry was submitted from, used only to detect spam and abuse, never to identify who you are.

Contact form

The form on our Contact page asks for your name, company, email address, enquiry type, and message, so we can reply to you. We use this only to respond to your enquiry.

We use a small number of infrastructure providers to run this site. None of them are permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

  • Neon (Postgres database). Stores email signups and raffle entries — the two data types above that involve a database at all.
  • Upstash (Redis). Briefly holds IP addresses (unhashed) to rate-limit form submissions and stop spam — a sliding window of a few minutes per form, then it ages out.
  • Resend. Delivers the one-time email-confirmation message. Resend processes the email address and message content solely to deliver that email.
  • Vercel. Hosts this site and, as with any hosting provider, automatically logs standard web request data (IP address, timestamp, requested page, browser type) as part of running the service.
  • Cloudflare. Provides DNS for this domain, and as such handles the standard technical connection data involved in routing traffic to this site.
  • Sanity. Hosts our game catalogue (titles, artwork, specs) — a public, read-only content feed with no visitor or subscriber data of any kind.

This site does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies of any kind. The only cookie it sets is a session cookie on our internal admin panel, used to keep a logged-in staff member signed in — it is never set for an ordinary visitor, carries no personal data (just a signed staff/admin marker), and expires automatically after 12 hours.

Email signups are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Unsubscribing stops future emails but keeps a record that you opted out, so we don't accidentally re-add you later. Raffle entries and their published results are kept indefinitely — they're the permanent, provably-fair record a raffle exists to produce, and removing one would undermine the verification the feature is built around. Contact-form messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry.

Every email we send includes instructions to stop receiving future messages. To unsubscribe now, or to ask us to delete your email signup or contact-form message entirely, email us at privacy@afterhoursslots.com. Because raffle entries carry no name or email address, we have no way to look one up by identity — if you believe a specific bet ID should be handled differently, contact us with that bet ID directly.

If you are in the EU, UK, or California, you have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, to get a copy of it, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to object to or restrict how we use it. We don't sell personal data, and we don't use it for targeted advertising. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@afterhoursslots.com — we'll respond within the time your local law requires.

This site is not directed at, and its games are not intended for, anyone under 18 (or the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction, if higher). We don't knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us at privacy@afterhoursslots.com and we'll delete it.

If what we collect or who we share it with changes, we'll update this page and its “Last updated” date above.
